He also graduated in Hotel Management & catering Technology in India. Our Madras Masala south Indian cuisine is one of the most aromatic cuisine. The variety of our dishes based on fresh masala and herb mixtures, just as they would have been prepared in the kitchen of south India. Stick to Madras Masala’s signature dish and you’re in for a treat

You might have heard about a new west-side cantina that serves inexpensive and remarkably tasty south Indian dosas in a cool contemporary setting right on a park. Madras something or other?

Sorry, Madras Pantry, although you’re located directly across the street from Bellwoods on Queen, the Madras we’re referring to is Madras Masala, an unassuming and surprisingly polished spot next to Christie Pits on burgeoning Bloor West. 

Sharing a tidy little plaza with the unfathomably popular Banjara (the free parking’s my guess), Masala’s bound to get overlooked. Those that do be fools. No fools we, the Literary Device and I have parked ourselves on Masala’s leafy park-side patio......
